Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, “Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah – be it large or small – Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” [Sunan al-Tirmidhi) The role of the Masjid has always been instrumental in the social, moral and educational uplifting of the Muslim community. In Prophetic times the Masjid was not only a place of sanctuary and prayer but also a thriving educational institution that lay at the heart of the society. Madrasah Zeenatul Quran has a dedicated Masjid Construction Project Team and we like donors of Masjids to be fully involved in the project from sharing with them the initial plans for a Masjid to construction and completion.
