Our 'Youth Engagement Framework' is built over a decade of direct grassroots youth engagement across hundreds of communities in the UK. It is designed to establish a community where teenagers are confidently engaged in their identity, have access to safe spaces, and are supported by trained mentors who help them grow in character. The framework is centered around nine key areas: Effectiveness, Engagement, Team, Space, Resources/Facilities, Impact, Policies/Governance, Marketing/Communications, and Finances/Fundraising. When these areas are applied, they create an environment conducive to the long-term success of young individuals.Our Vision
